Deepak has varied experience over the past 22 years including consultancy, running an existing business and entrepreneurship.
Deepak spent around 13 years in significant stints with Ernst & Young (EY), KPMG and Grant Thornton. Deepak specialized in tax and regulatory matters including international tax, corporate tax, corporate restructuring, acquisitions/ mergers and FEMA.
Deepak specializes in investment advisory with respect to Infrastructure/ real estate funds and has extensive experience in advising both funds as well as developers on tax advisory, transaction structuring, due diligence etc.
In his last stint Deepak managed a large rice company for a period of 3 years. This included strategy, procurement, distribution and marketing.
